Why bother with filling the pecker shaft with concrete? That rubber plug will fail sooner or later and leave the void where it was anyway, why not just shorten the dong length and cap it lower. You know make it more of a grower than a show-er.

Because the shaft (45-deg section) is much longer than shown like 8-10 feet and I didn’t want to dig a huge hole for such a small task.
